Biking Across The Country To Raise Money!

Most people who are looking to take a break from work and recharge might catch up on new TV shows, or read a book, or find some good food. Not George Hofheimer and his wife Carrie. They are biking across the United States to raise funds for two charities: Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the Chartway Foundation!

They began their adventure in early June in Anacortes, Washington and will be completing the roughly two month trip in Dewey Beach, Delaware. When all is said and done, they will have biked over 3,500 miles!

And maybe more importantly: raised a lot of money.

As of the writing of this article, George and Carrie blew by their original goal of $15,000 raise and are over $22,000! You can help them continue to make a different in communities across the country by donating here.
