The Benefits of Chocolate

During the month of March, Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union (Palmetto Citizens FCU) raised funds for Prisma Health Children’s Hospital—Midlands. For a one dollar donation, members were treated to a World’s Finest Chocolate bar. Palmetto Citizens FCU generously donated two dollars each time a member donated towards this year’s Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals campaign.
When the treats were all distributed, Palmetto Citizens FCU had raised $48,039! Enterprise Car Sales, Greystone Blvd. in Columbia contributed $5,000 to the campaign through the Enterprise Holdings Foundation.
We are grateful for the continued support of leadership, employees, members, and partners of Palmetto Citizens FCU for annually raising more and more funds to help local kids receive the best care close to home. Now that’s a sweet deal!
