Philosophy in Action – Montana's Credit Unions

Representatives from ACE Hardware, the Rocky Mountain Chapter, and Shodair gathered for a group photo at this week’s meeting, during which they discussed how the Butte area partners could work together to support Shodair.

The Rocky Mountain Chapter of Montana’s Credit Unions kicked off 2018 with a great meeting. Shodair Children’s Hospital sent representatives to explain the services Shodair provides and to discuss the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN). But, the chapter went one step further. They also invited Shodair’s other local partners Ace Hardware and Dairy Queen to join them. The idea was to connect with them and get a better idea of how all the partners could work together to support Shodair and CMN. Smart! As Chapter President Teri Krakowka (Southwest Montana CFCU) said, “not only was this a great opportunity for us to learn about Shodair and CMN, we’ll also be able to share the credit union difference while building community relations.”
