Northwest Golf Classic Raises Over $1.5M!!
The annual Northwest Golf Classic hosted by First Tech FCU took place on Sunday and Monday, July 8-9, outside Portland, Oregon. This event regularly brings hundreds of participants across the United States with representatives from many credit unions, vendors, hospitals, and more.
This year, the First Tech team raised an inspiring $1,539,493 to benefit 6 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, through the Credit Union for Kids (CU4kids) program:
- Seattle Children’s Hospital
- Doernbecher Children’s Hospital
- PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital – Riverbend
- UC Davis Children’s Hospital
- UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital – Oakland
- Children’s Hospital Colorado

“Credit Unions for Kids” is the brand under which America’s credit unions fundraise for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since Credit Unions are member-owned, not-for-profits, their main focus is their members and their community.
