Miracles Made Possible… By Credit Unions

Since 1996, Credit Unions for Kids has raised collectively $160 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across the United States and Canada. Ranking as the third largest sponsor of CMN Hospitals, Credit Unions have helped thousands of children and their families across the nation.

In Central Florida, this statement is no different. Central Florida Credit Unions have helped countless kids’ right here in our community through year-round fundraising efforts. Just last year, our Credit Unions raised over $26,000 for Arnold Palmer Hospital! Whether through hosting Miracle Jeans Day events, to selling Miracle Icons to customers, our Central Florida Credit Unions are crucial to the success of Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

Here are some pictures of our Central Florida Credit Unions fundraising For The Kids! Our Fairwinds gentlemen participated in a “No Shave November” fundraiser in support of Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

Our Young Professionals Credit Union members let their creativity flow and participated in a “Paint Night”. A portion of the proceeds went back to Arnold Palmer Hospital, and they were able to donate the paintings to the Child Life department!

Our partners from Fairwinds Credit Union have been the presenting sponsor of our MIX 105.1 Loves Our Kids Radiothon for the past six year and we couldn’t be more thankful for their support.

We are excited to announce a new fundraising initiative available for any of our Central Florida Credit Unions to be a part of! The Skip-A-Pay Program allows members to “skip” their loan payment for a nominal processing fee to be donated by to your local CMN hospital. In 2016, 25 credit unions included a fundraising component with their Skip-A-Payment program, raising more than $150,000 for CMN Hospitals!
