5 Ways Credit Unions Celebrated #ChildrensHospitalsWeek
Credit unions across the U.S. showed their support for children’s hospitals during Children’s Hospitals Week 2019. Here are five ways some of these credit unions celebrated:
- Dogs! Caroline Willard, CEO, Cornerstone Credit Union League, and Nancy Croix Stroud, CEO, First Class American Credit Union, welcomed “Coco Chanel,” a therapy dog from Cook Children’s to an exclusive Credit Unions for Kids Facebook Live. Click here to watch.
- Bandages! Numerous credit union employees donned a special #ChildrensHospitalsWeek bandage in honor of a Miracle Kid they know who is treated at a CMN Hospital.
- Blogs! A few credit unions took to the blogosphere to show their support.
- Social media! The message of #ChildrensHospitalsWeek made its way through various social media channels thanks, in part, to our wonderful credit union partners.
- Live-athon! Bill Cheney, CEO, SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, represented America’s credit unions when he shared the story of his grandson’s treatment at a CMN Hospital during the annual #ChildrensHospitalsWeek Live-athon.
